Meet the Team

Hi, I'm Megan. Throughout my career working with youth, adults, families, and organizations, I've consistently seen how people of all ages and walks of life thrive when they are supported with compassion, clarity, and direction. I wanted to build something that blended evidence-based therapeutic practices with the empowerment of professional coaching—creating a service that could meet people wherever they are in their journey.

Mosaic Compass Therapy & Coaching was created from a simple truth: healing and growth are not linear—they’re a mosaic of experiences, identities, strengths, and setbacks. After years of clinical practice, leadership, mentorship, and personal evolution, I envisioned a space where people could access whole-person support that honors not just the complexities but also the possibilities within them.

I believe that everyone deserves a space where their story matters and a guide who walks alongside you, not above you.

This is more than a business to me—it's a calling rooted in years of experience, education, and witnessing the resilience of the human spirit.

Our Therapy Dogs

Our team also includes two beloved therapy dogs—Tonka and Guinness—who bring a special kind of comfort and connection to the work we do. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how people of all ages soften, settle, and feel more at ease when greeted by a gentle presence. These two have a remarkable way of reminding us that healing doesn’t always start with words; sometimes it begins with a simple moment of companionship.

Tonka and Guinness aren’t just friendly faces in the room—they’re an intentional part of our therapeutic environment, offering grounding, warmth, and a sense of safety that supports meaningful work.
